Look almost similar right? I'm not sure but I think Renzo Piano came up with the idea first. Maybe Hijaz Kasturi try to adapt the design into the surrounding which looks like sailing boats in the sea. But I'm pretty sure Renzo Piano got it first with the concept to blend with the surrounding and a cultural symbol for that particular place.
Which one is the better one??
