Sometimes i feel like wanted to laugh when i heard nonsense reasons given when they've been ask about some sensitive questions. Maybe it is a bit sexist but i believe i have the right in questioning them.
1. "I'm not ready yet to wear tudung. When I'm ready I will wear tudung"
When you will be ready to wear tudung? When you are covered with kafan?
2. " I've plan to wear tudung. So, i will"
You've plan. When? Next year? next month? next week? But do you think yourself will be available tomorrow?
3. " Is female in tudung is a good person? I don't think so."
Maybe not all of them are good person, but i know that female with free hair is not good in term of Islam image.
4. " We don't wear tudung, but we do the 5 daily prayers"
When you pray you can wear telekung, but why you can't wear tudung when you go out?
5. " I don't look pretty when I'm wearing tudung"
So, do you look pretty now? Then better if you wear tudung.

couldn't agree more..but I have to disagree on the part where you said that planning is nonsense. For some people, yes. But there are a minority who never ever wear them and so with their community (relatives, neighbours, friends)really determined in doing so, but it takes time. No one could really do a huge leap. One small step at a time. Even Islam we are allowed to evolve step by step...
what's the point of planning if u don't know when u will start?

tapi aku rase skrg ni banyak pompuan yg memilih utk pakai tudung bile dah kawin.. huhu.. kire macam rambut die tu bleh jadi aset utk cari bakal suami la.. huhu... patutkah? huhu... ish3...
